"Partner provided cannot be found" issue on AirVantage

I was trying to register mangoh red on AirVantage, but I ran into “Partner provided cannot be found” issue which prevented me from doing so.

Can anyone help me with that?

@jeremyzhang - Jeremy, you are using a device that was already registered by your company (University of Victoria). While you were trying to create another account to claim the device (which is forbidden obviously as it is already owned by another company), we’ve helped you and moved your user account into University of Victoria (to which you belong to), so that you can use it directly.

Now… it seems that you are trying to re-register it again… hence why you are getting this error message. Please use it directly in University of Victoria company. It is already registered.
