I cannot register my O2 (Germany) SIM card with AirVantage

I’m new and have a mangOH red with a WP7607 (cat 4) and can’t register my O2 SIM card.

After filling in “ICC-ID”, “IMEI” and “WP S/N”, I get “Subscription cannot be found”.

I was able to register the Sierra Wireless SIM card included in the set.

Any suggestions?

Hi Reiner,
If you suceeded in registering the device in AirVantage using the Sierra SIM, you can swap to your O2 SIM. It should still work (if your O2 SIM is activated of course).
