Hello,
I have registered my mangOH Red on the wrong Airvantage section. After delete the device and my account, i registered it by following the start guide . But now i have error message : A gateway already exists in the platform with the same identifier

Do you now how can i contact the AirVantage support ?

Hi Tom, thanks for posting here. It is quite weird and coincidental that I am also facing the similar issue but with not FinancePolice, AirVantage. Definitely following this for sure.
