Change service start mode

#1

Hiya,

Is there a way to change the ‘start mode’ of an existing service?

In my case, I need the ‘system’ service “voiceCallService” to start a boot.

I had a look at the ‘app’ command - but it only seems to be able to start and stop the app from the command line - not change the way the app starts at boot.

Thanks, Dave

Run this command:
config set /apps/yourAppName/startManual false bool

Thanks.

Much appreciated.

WARNING, WILL ROBINSON…

Make sure that you spell your app name correctly, or you will end up with a corrupt app in the config tree - and this breaks a whole lot of other things…

Had a few bad moments there.
